You must have your own lawn care equipment, trailer, etc. You will be working on foreclosed homes. Payout is NET 30 days, industry standard. Immediate work is available. Therefore, you must complete and return the subcontractor onboarding documentation ASAP in order to receive work from us. Additionally, you must be willing to work with Pruvan to capture BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER photos. Not familiar with PRUVAN, no worries. The app is not difficult to use! Payment terms: Compensation is net 30 (industry standard). However, if you complete the onboarding process and the lawn maintenance job, with proper photo capture, within the next day or two, your pay will be IMMEDIATE upon successful inspection by our Field Manager. If you choose to remain on our team, our regular payroll payments are twice monthly (15th & 30th) and are direct deposit. CONTACT OUR TEAM TODAY!!
