More about the job: Landscape Construction Leads ensure all landscape construction work is performed in accordance with both industry and Bloom'n Gardens standards from project start through completion. Leads drive the landscaping crews to job sites, take care of the trucks and equipment and safety gear. Landscape Construction Leads to make sure that production goals are met daily by managing the landscape crew efficiently. Communicate with the Operations Manager to make sure equipment and materials are delivered to our customers in a timely manner. Communicate with customers in order to provide an exceptional customer experience. Track, production hours, expenses, receipts and more.
