HAVE A BLAST WORKING FOR THE LANE COUNTY FAIR! The Fair arrives July 21-July 25, 2021 Multiple positions available at this time. Help us put on the County Fair! JOB OVERVIEW: Lane County Public Works / Lane Events Center seek Extra Help Employees to perform general manual labor at the Lane County Fairgrounds. Positions may help with fair set-up and tear-down. JOB SPECIFICS: Wage: $12.75 per hour. Schedule: Shifts available from Monday – Sunday. Variable shifts available include morning, afternoon, graveyard, and evening shifts. Job Duration: Total job duration is anywhere from 1 – 3 weeks, between the time period of July 12 and July 31, 2021. Jobs last for the duration of the fair, and may include fair set-up and tear down duties. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Cleaning facilities Stocking bathrooms Picking up litter Sweeping Floors Directing vendors and exhibitors to appropriate parking sites. Helping to ensure community safety by remaining alert to possible hazards and taking appropriate action Additional general manual labor *This position is budgeted for a maximum of 520 hours during the fiscal year. *This position is non-represented*
