Baby bird urgent help needed

I found a baby bird in my driveway, no injuries just hungry.. feeding him wet cat food as told by a wildlife rehab. Told its a starling so no rehab will take him due to not being native. He's very small and I don't know how to take care of it. Please just help, don't want it to die.
