Vacation Rental Housekeeping Inspector We're a long established Palm Springs vacation rental and property management company and we have an immediate need for an additional field inspector to inspect all properties prior to check in and clean as necessary for last minute arrivals. Being in the hospitality business, there will be times you will be needed on weekends as well as on call for emergencies. We're searching for an individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Inspector. This person will be in charge of ensuring all properties are ready for check in and work directly with our guest services and housekeeping team. What you'll do Inspect homes and condos on arrival to make sure cleanliness and Quality Assurance standards are met through visual inspection. Travel between worksites is involved and this person will need their own reliable transportation. Clean driving record a must Assist guests as needed for clean requests Support your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, calls and work orders Reports all maintenance deficiencies in property by maintaining communications with the Guest Services department providing a written work order or input into the Breezeway system Perform home inventory and inspections when new properties are brought on to the program Conduct and/or schedule inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals Occasional need to perform housekeeping and maintenance duties Skills you'll need Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.
