Found in trash bag by dumpster today 3 dogs

(listing add for Friend) While working today I had to throw some stuff away and noticed a bag that was moving and then started making a noise noticed when I opened the bag there were three dogs tied together in a plastic trash bag they were very dehydrated and one wasn't doing very well at all I gave them all water and they are doing really good as you can tell by the pictures now but I'm unable to keep them due to my lease agreement I need to find them a forever home as soon as possible because I don't want to take them to the county dog Pound. Their are two male dogs one female dog the female is the dark colored one. They can all stay together as they seem like they're a family.
