Description
A high end vacation club is seeking a Maintenance Manager to perform work of average to considerable difficulty in the advanced journey-level performance of building maintenance, to include the primary fields of electrical; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC); carpentry; plumbing, etc; and performs other tasks as assigned. The Maintenance Manager works with minimum supervision, and directly and/or indirectly assists management by assuming responsibility for performing or coordinating the application of advanced principles, techniques, and applied methods of maintenance practices by other technicians and associates.
