Hiring to install 3 vinyl banner signs on brick buildings in LA

This job is for Thursday 14th or Friday 15t. Looking to hire an experienced tradesman who is comfortable working on a ladder to install 3 light weight vinyl banners, on 3 different buildings, the banners measure 70 inches by 24 inches. Signs would be about 16 feet off the ground. The install is at 3 separate properties, 2 are near each other the third is 10 miles away in Wilmington Los Angeles. The banners have grommet holes and would need to be installed about 20 feet off the ground, and firmly secured to the brick. Prefer to use washers/cement drilled hardware.
