Building and Maintenance Supervisor Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. General electrical, carpentry and plumbing skills desired. Pool maintenance and operations (will train) and purchasing of facility supplies. Seasonal grounds maintenance. Other general cleaning duties as required. Staff management and scheduling duties. This is a year round position. Negotiable FT or part-time with possible benefits, 401K and PTO. Monday- Friday with occasional night or week-end work if needed. Valid WA State drivers license, insurance and transportation required.
