Tree removal contractor with contracts across long island seeking qualified individuals for bucket truck operator/climber position(s). Please see below for requirements: -Must be experienced. Please do not apply if you do not have tree removal experience. References will be required and will be checked. -Must Have an OSHA 10 card dated within last 5 years and will be expected to keep OSHA 10 current at all times. -Must have a valid and clean New York State Class B CDL license. Class A CDL license preferred. -Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug test and will be randomly tested if employed by our company. -Must be on time and able to work well with others. Crews work in a public setting and will be required to represent our company in a professional manner. -Must be able to comply with all safety requirements for tree and stump removal. -Must be able to complete all required tasks in a safe, professional and expeditious manner. -Must have or be willing to obtain TCIA-EHAP certification. -Must show ability to perform duties as requested during probationary period. -Prevailing wage rates apply to these projects and rates vary based on jurisdiction.
