Healthcare company is seeking a Director of Maintenance with a minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package, including 401K. Full Time position. Job description: • Oversee and direct the daily activities for all maintenance and general trade related work performed by both in-house staff as well as contractors. • Plan, organize and direct the activities and functions of the Maintenance Department. • Is responsible for the overall physical facility systems and preventative maintenance systems. Job requirements: • GED or high school graduate or vocational school. • 2-3 years working experience in a healthcare environment. • Experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC systems. • 2-3 years supervisory experience. • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, Department of Public Health and JCAHO regulations.
