What you’ll be doing: You are responsible for keeping our kitchen glowingly clean and organzied!  At the direction of the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and/or Utility Lead you will be assigned specific cleaning duties to ensure that all fixtures and equipment throughout all kitchens (and any other areas assigned) are cleaned regularly in accordance with directed cleaning schedules. This position helps keep the Dining and Cook staff organized and is a very imporant part of our team. We are looking for a task oriented individual. Previous Dishwashing experience is great, but not required.  Schedule: NOC Shift, 9pm-5am, Tuesday to Saturday. About you: One (1) year of dishwashing and/or commercial kitchen cleaning experience within a hospitality- and culinary-focused environment; to include multi-venue hotels, resorts, restaurants, and/or high-end senior living environments is preferred. Any current state-sanctioned regulatory Food and Alcoholic Beverage Licenses that are required in order to work within the food, beverage, and/or health services environment.
