Looking for someone(s) to complete my Food Truck Build!! Simple layout, medium electrical, simple plumbing (RV/Mechanical knowledge useful). I have all equipment, and I will purchase all materials or assist in selection. Plan to use FRP panels throughout, needs framing and insulating, sealing of window areas. needs all electrical and it needs to be hooked up to generator with mount and box to muffle noise so generator knowledge a must!!!!! Most important piece of the build is calculating the correct wattage and ampage and installing proper electrical in commercial kitchen setting. All must be approved by Health Department! Cargo tray install Needs fresh and Grey water tank system hooked up to my 3 compartment sink and handsink, and possibly coffee maker with tankless water heater Needs countertop built and secure all equipment to wall or floor Needs rooftop AC units installed Needs already existent propane tanks hooked up to gas oven. Shelving, etc. The vehicle is a trolley. Already gutted and flooring installed. All equipment purchased. Want to complete job before end of summer. Goal is August.
