Summary Goal: Produce and perform work in a safe and efficient manner, while exceeding Customer expectations in quality and service. Description: Candidate should have experience installing irrigation systems and be able to troubleshoot a system that is not functioning correctly. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently and also work as part of the team. Candidate should have great problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Candidate should be a strong advocate of proper horticultural care, have project and people management skills and be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Compensation: Hourly rates start at $25/hr to $30/hr depending on qualifications. Signing bonus 1,000.00 paid 300.00 in July and 700.00 at end of season. Full Benefits available. **We have winter work available too Responsibilities Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage weekly workloads for route to ensure efficient work style, increased quality Follow safety standards Be able to install an irrigation system based on a plan/drawing. Be able to provide direction to others. Work with crews to help understand desired quality and hour outcomes Must be able to take direction and be flexible Completes all required paperwork daily Follows all policies and procedures that pertain to job requirements Be able to consistently communicate in an efficient and effective manner on the telephone or in person. As well as other required/incidental activities Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50lbs on a regular and consistent basis, move about the work site. Requires extended periods of activity including, walking, standing, kneeling, bending and lifting, up to 100% of a workday.
