Diversified Inc. is looking for part time and full time positions for apartment turnovers, make readies and cleans. The majority of the units will be vacant while you are working. Hours are during business hours and flexible based on your availability. Please text Jared (the number listed) for more information Make ready responsibilities: - repair/replace cupboards, doors, shelves, etc. - general plumbing - basic electrical skills - heavy moving - other duties as assigned Paint responsibilities: - wall repair, fill nail holes and plaster - paint interior walls - match colors to previous paint color - other duties as assigned Cleaning responsibilities: - sweep and mop floors - dust and scrub surfaces - other duties as assigned - you must provide your own supplies and products
