Saremi LLP is a top commercial and residential real estate management company located in Westside seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians. Responsibilities Include: • Perform maintenance requests and work orders. • All aspects of maintenance (carpentry, repairs, painting, etc.). • Grounds maintenance. • Ability to handle light electrical, plumbing and HVAC repairs. • Report to property managers and keep informed on all building/tenant issues. Requirements: • Self-starter. • Experience/working knowledge of HVAC systems. • Light electrical and plumbing skills. • Must have transportation/vehicle. • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. • Ability to cover properties after hours and for on-call responsibilities. • Strong communication/customer service skills. • Must pass a background check.
