My name is Doug Plavin and I am a professional drummer and fitness specialist. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in performance, teaching, and designing workplace wellness programs, I developed MainSpring Music Fitness to help musicians just like you to make moving feel easier and your music SOUND better.
