Our company is currently searching for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team Job Type: Full-Time position with a full benefits package including paid holidays, PTO and medical. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday hours 8 AM to 5 PM with emergency on-call duties The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Make ready knowledge • Electrical, plumbing, appliance knowledge • Clearly and effectively communicate with residents, other employees, and vendors • HVAC knowledge is preferred, but not required. • Can do-attitude. • Must provide own tools Job Type: Full-time
