Our property, Pine Lake Apartments, has an immediate need for maintenance techs; preferably HVAC certified. This position will be highly focused on unit turns and work order completion. HVAC certification will include A/C repair. We are a very high volume office with 157 units. Our work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm; with a shared rotation of after hours emergency calls, We are looking for driven individuals to join our team.
