Solid Lotion Bar Making Workshop June 26th 3:30-5:00pm Lead by Jennifer Benson of Transition Framingham Environmentally friendly solid hand lotion bars made with natural ingredients are a healthier choice for you and the planet and are fun to make! Come learn how to make your own solid lotion bars and take two home with you in reusable packaging. You will also receive complete instructions for how to make various solid lotion bars at home, including vegan options and substitutions for allergens. This mindful, creative, environmentally friendly craft make a wonderful handmade gift. While our lotion bars harden, we will discuss the environmental impact of not buying plastic tubs of liquid lotion, and the health benefits of avoiding phalates, sodium laurel sulfate and other additives found in commercially available cosmetics, lotions, and creams. $20 per person and includes materials.
