Free box truck

2005 Ford E-350 box truck with refrigerated unit. Does not Run ( batteries dead ) It does have garbage filled to the top in the box. refrigeration unit works, new brakes installed last year. No title or registration, i figured someone can probably use the parts more than driving it around. Completely Free! only charge would be the tow. Need this truck out of my drive way by next month the latest. Thank you
