Rehoming Female Hound / Terrier Mix Puppy

We are looking to rehome our 6 Month old puppy. We recently added her to our family, but my wife is allergic to her. In the week that we have had her, she has quickly learned our routines (we have another dog) and has improved tremendously in potty training. She is extremely sweet, playful and gets along with our other dog, and 7 year old daughter, very well. We are very bummed to have to find a new home for her, but she will be a great addition to another family. We are asking for $100 for a rehoming fee and will include her collar, leash and some toys. She is up to date on shots and we will include the vet records that we were given. Thanks!
