Looking for a Contractor Handyman for various repairs to a house on an on going basis. Some of the repairs that are needed now are: 1. Back patio door does not open and close correctly 2. Outdoor water spigot on side of house is inoperable 3. Hose to sump pump PVC pipe keeps disconnecting due to loose connection 4. No key to access mailbox.
