In desperate need of a compassionate mechanic

This has been one hell of a month. I got into a car accident a month ago and as a 1099 driver I then immediately lost my only source of income. I am only a few weeks away from an eviction notice with no county funds available for me to keep my apartment. The only way I will is if it get back on the road and work immediately. I have a vehicle in hand now but the alternator is shot. I have a replacement part but I am not mechanically inclined and cannot put it in myself. Right now I don't even have the money for essentials so I am hoping someone out there with a heart will put this is alternator in for me so I can at least stand a chance of saving apartment. Please, please help me. I'm a good man that has always given to those in need and now I just hope that someone else can do the same for me. Please help.
