Large property in Dover looking for full-time cleaner. Responsibilities include, all common areas, including but not limited to Offices, Lobbies, Hallways, Garages, Apartment turns, and General. Must be experienced and self motivated. Job includes (but isn't limited to) full grounds keeping, trash removal, fallen branch removal, Vacuuming and mopping hallways, and Miscellaneous property chores. Looking for someone who has a can do attitude and a keen eye for cleanliness. Positive attitude and being able to follow direction is a must.
