HVAC Tech wanted for Service Calls 40%+ commission

We are looking for a HVAC Technician to join our team as a 1099 employee! You will work as a 1099 self-employed sub-contractor at 40%+ commission. You will be required to commute to residential and commercial jobs in and around the Denver area. Sub-contractors are provided leads and bids for residential and commercial jobs and are expected to have the knowledge to install, repair and heating and cooling systems. Job Requirements: EPA Certified Experience in boilers/installs/service work and possible air duct work. Must have your own reliable unmarked work van, tools and equipment needed to fulfill job duties. Must be able to take residential and an occasional commercial service call. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Ability to handle physical workload. Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements. Perform routine preventative maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Selling jobs to customers.
