POSITION SUMMARY We at Hookah-shisha.com believe in fanatical customer service and believe it has been a key differentiator for us in the market. This philosophy carries on throughout our company from Customer Service Representatives to our Order Fulfillment and Back Stock teams. The Backstock and Inventory Position will consist of restocking the warehouse shelves for the Fullfillment team, breaking down and location shipments, handling returns and inventory audits POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES • Quality check all products pulled for any defects or issues • Keep shelves stocked with current products • Develop and maintain a high degree of product knowledge • Work closely with our Customer Service Representatives to fill customers’ order requests • Assist in various warehouse tasks as needed • Break down and compare incoming inventory to Purchase Orders and Invoices • Locate excess inventory in Backstock locations • Process returned orders DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ● Possess a genuine passion for customer care ● Knowledge of hookahs and hookah related products ● Strong ability to self-motivate and work independently ● Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment ● Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously ● Demonstrated attention to detail ● Strong communication skills ● Ability to adjust quickly to changes in processes and policies ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, and sometimes chaotic work environment ● Willingness and ability to learn and grow to meet the changing requirements of the job ● 3 yeas Warehouse experience – inventory management, stocking, packaging, forklift certification a plus Pay starts at $15/hr depending on experience.
