YOUR MISSION: -To assist your team members in carrying out the company’s mission and values. -Assist the lead technician in solving all irrigation needs for each client. -Performs various manual labor tasks requiring some specialized skills to assist in the work of skilled tradesmen and craftsmen such as carpenters, plumbers, painters, masons, etc -Performs various manual tasks in connection with the installation of drainage, sprinklers, and landscaping -Digs trenches and similar excavations, refills excavations, spreads and levels to grade dirt, gravel and other materials using pick and shovels. REQUIREMENTS: College Degree or High School Diploma/GED. Drivers license and ability to get to and from work No irrigation or drainage experience required. Hands on training will be done on site. REQUIRED PERSONALITY AND BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS: We are looking for honest, energetic, highly motivated team members. You must be extremely performance-driven. You must be an excellent communicator with team members and clients. You must handle work swiftly with management/team members. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
