FAucet install and ceiling fan+light fixture installations

Description

Need to swap out one faucet and install a "new one". Should be very straight forward. Have an "office" where the ceiling light needs to be replaced, dining room "chandelier" removed and new one installed(moderate in size), and several ceiling fans that are "mounted" but not wired correctly that need to be finished/debugged" I am hoping to hire one person for the faucet and one for the other work...although if the "electrician" (you do NOT have to be an actual electrician) wants to do the faucet also I am oipen to that. Please respond with how you would charge. I assume the elec work will be by the hour(how much?) since its not easy to "define" the size of those projects.
