Exceptional Preservation, LLC is seeking new subcontractors to complete work orders in North Texas. Hello, my name is Adrian. I am looking for someone with prior experience in property preservation. 80% of work orders will include: lock changes, trash outs, maid services, initial cleaning, board-ups, etc. Please have the following: 1. Able to submit and pass an Aspen Grove background check 2. Valid Driver’s License with Auto Insurance 3. General Liability Insurance w/ Errors and Omissions 4. Must be able to use the app Pruvan or Property Preservation Wizard (or willing to learn) 5. Must be willing to use email and text as communication 6. Must be able to complete quality work orders timely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision 7.
