WANTED: Junior-level apprentice with hard work ethic and willingness to grow with a new, rapidly growing E-Commerce company specializing in custom apparel for the US Military. Hi, I’m Aaron, the owner of Reloaded Gear Co., a dynamic new apparel company that specializes exclusively in manufacturing custom apparel for military units all over the country and the world. My business has boomed in the last year and I’m in need of expanding my team! What I’m looking for is a junior level production and operations assistant to help out around the shop, learn the ins and outs of the business, and (ideally) grow with the company. This will start as an entry-level, labor-intensive position, but will have quick room for growth. Hours here are very flexible, with part-time hours to start, and eventually moving up to a full-time position if desired. Weekday evenings and weekends are okay if preferred. This job and schedule would be ideal for a HS/College student (especially one who wants to learn e-commerce from the inside.) This is a fun, young company that is growing fast and will have excellent opportunities for growth! Being a small business, this is a fun place to work – you’ll have plenty of chances to work with your headphones on, at your own pace, in a brand-new warehouse environment away from customers (and if you can perform, you can have some work-from-home assignments too.) Expectations will be high as far as performance and learning on the job, but you will not be micro-managed – so if you’re a motivated self-started that wants to learn entrepreneurship from the front lines, this is an awesome opportunity. What you’ll be doing: • Managing inventory • Assisting with printing finished products • Inspecting, folding, packing, and fulfilling online orders • Learning how to work the fulfillment portion of our software system • Learn the “behind-the-scenes” of running a small e-commerce company, including entrepreneurship skills and insider knowledge Hours and pay: $12-14/hr to start; 10-20 hours per week scheduled flexibly, based on your current schedule.
