MAINTENANCE TECH/ INTERIOR PAINTER (SW) compensation: 15.00 - 23.00 Construction company looking for Maintenance Tech's, Interior Painter's and Construction workers. We work exclusively on Apartment Renovations. We offer competitive pay, Health Insurance (after 90 days) and an opportunity to grow with the company. Maintenance Tech: * Able to install Appliances * Cabinets Doors and Drawers * Sinks/Faucets * Light Electrical (Switches, Outlets, Lights Fixture etc.) * Towel Bars, Toilet Paper Holders, Shower Rods Etc * Blinds * No experience necessary * Willing to train Painter- Looking for Experienced Painters. * Spraying experience * Cabinets * Doors * Trim Construction- Repairing or rebuilding decks Staircases Remodeling clubhouses Installing doors, trim, baseboards, and some tile work. 8 hour days, NO Weekends, No on-call.
