Found iPhone with Pink Leopard Case

I found this iPhone near the bus stop in Arroyo Grande by the old Kmart (now Planet Fitness & True Value). It won't turn on to look up any contacts and I've tried contacting the SIM card carrier to no avail. You have to tell me what was inside the case to claim.
