I have a female 8 month old presa canario. She’s weighs 71lbs. Was weighed last on May 27th at the vet. I got her on the 5/24/21. Originally I only took her in due to her bad living situation. She’s a great dog, however she has had no prior training. I started to train her the day I got her. She knows sit, lay down, come here. She hasn’t been properly socialized with other dogs or people. I live in a condo building with a lot of distractions and people. She has shown no aggression but does get overly excited and overwhelmed. Due to her having no previous socialization she has anxiety. Which makes for her living with me a bad match. I want her to have a good home and family. She has zero resource guarding. When I first got her I hand fed her to confirm. This breed is not for first time dog owners. She needs a home in a rural area with not a lot of strangers. She hasn’t shown any aggression towards strangers, however she is weary. Her breed is for guarding, protecting, etc. She is the sweetest dog inside the house. She loves to cuddle, play, potty trained, the best dog in the house. I am asking for a rehoming fee to make sure she goes to the right home. I will need to meet and come to house to make sure it’s the right set up for her.
