Slide sofa down stairs; do not have to lift whole sofa, just one end; $50
Have a door that was replaced; needs adjusting, longer screws put in, adjust door stop moulding; $50
Add 22 gutter screws to 24' section of gutter; $25
Replace two glued down roof boots with screw down type on metal roof; $50
