Responsibilities include machine operation, finished product packaging, raw material loading as well as assisting with shipping duties. Must enjoy fast paced environment while demonstrating the ability to follow work and safety rules. To be successful as a Production Worker you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding Production Worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality. Applicants should also be dependable and demonstrate the ability to be on time and at work daily. Excellent potential for advancement for those willing to learn and promote a team first environment. Production Worker Responsibilities: • Following health and safety standards. • Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor. • Following production guidelines and specifications. • Finalizing and packaging products for shipment. • Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment. • Working on the production line and meeting production targets. • Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. • Performing other tasks as assigned. Production Worker Requirements: • Experience operating manufacturing machinery a plus • Able to work as part of a team. • Good communication skills. • Basic math skills. • Physical dexterity. • Must have reliable transportation Heath Benefits and 401k offered.
