Space opening up in the E1 Studio Collective. E1 is a studio shared by 10 artists working in a variety of mediums. We currently have sculptors, painters, stained-glass, and mixed-media artists all working in the space. We are located in the South End Arts District, near Speeder and Earl’s Coffee and Arts Riot. A semi-private studio space will be available July 1. It is approximately 9’x20’, is a loft space and has a skylight. We're looking for an energetic, kind, and creative person, to join the collective. While you would have your own space within the studio, E1 is a shared creative space. E1 is a great place to be inspired, and make collaborative art, as well as your own work. Studio dogs are welcomed; we already have 2 sweet dogs that hang out in the space. If you're interested, please contact me, and we can set up a time for you to look at the space, and discuss your particular needs in a studio. Rent is $185 a month and includes internet, heat, electricity and water. This is an artist work space, it is NOT a place to live.
