As a Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change Cashier/Customer Service employee, you will: Warmly greet all clients. Accurately fill out repair orders for each vehicle serviced. Assist other team members as needed with their tasks. Assist customers with paying their service invoice. Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For • Hourly Full Time or Part Time: • Flexible scheduling: morning and afternoon availability. • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. • Full-time team members are eligible for medical insurance, and vacation pay. • Paid time off and paid holidays. • We offer competitive wages and embrace a "promote from within" philosophy. What You Need To Succeed: • No Experience necessary. • Earn while you train on the job. Preferred Qualifications • Automotive and/or management experience. • Experience providing customer service, including identifying and resolving customer issues, greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships with customers, and thanking customers for their business.
