Looking for a full-time (1) and/or part-time individuals (2) to work as a porter (cleaning) at an apartment complex. Hours are Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm and Saturday/Sunday from 8am to 2pm. Responsibilities: Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping all floors; trash removal in and outside of property grounds. You will also ensure the outside walkways always remain clean and free of liter. Perform trash out duties on vacated apartments on a daily basis. This includes, removing abandoned furniture, trash, and other items from units. You will also assist with cleaning apartments turnovers when needed. Qualities: Ability to multi-task, excellent communication and customer service skills.
