Facilities Management Team Leader – HS Diploma Req’d Freeport - $18.72 per hr Mon-Fr 7:00a-3:00p 35hrs flex Freeport, NY. AHRC Nassau has an exceptional full-time opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, flexibility in schedule, clean driving record and reliable means of transportation to be a Facilities Manager Team Leader. Total Property Management, a service of AHRC Nassau, provides a full array of residential and commercial landscaping, including snow removal. Your focus is to provide a high level of quality for our facilities management team! In addition, you will: • Assist the TFM (Total Facilities Management) supervisor and/or TFM Coordinator in the daily operations of a facility • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction • Assist in managing the porters/porter assistants and assigning jobs based on skills • Assist in taking supply inventory and maintaining the supply inventory for facility • Train new employees on chemicals, safety, proper cleaning strategies as well as the use and maintenance of equipment • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees • Ensure that porters/porters’ assistants are adhering to all company policies and procedures We offer: • Competitive Full-time Salary • Low Cost, High Quality healthcare insurance for you & your family • Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • Retirement Plan • Tuition Reimbursement • Paid Training for Advanced Certificates • Supportive Management • A diverse, inclusive team • Wellness incentives • Housing Assistance to purchase your first dream home We require: • HS Diploma or GED and six (6) months of related employment experience • Good communication skills • Must be a qualified New York State driver • Ability to read, write and understand the English language at a level that permits them interact and communicate safely with porters, porters’ assistants as well as keep open lines of communication with supervisors and customers • Minimum six months of related experience • Floor experience in buffing, stripping, and waxing preferred Salary $18.72/hour.
