Reconstruct Rose Bush Bed

The Landscape Timbers around this Rose Bush Bed have rotted out and I need someone that can reconstruct this bed with the new lumber I've already purchase. I'd also like the lumber stained for weather protection. The bed is about 10 1/2 feet long, so there will need to be some awing as well for both the front and the two sides to create the corners. You can re-use the existing Rebar for support but you'll need 3 additional short rebar pieces for the side edges. Lastly, I need the rotted out wood shown next to the river rock pulled out as well but we won't be replacing that. I'm going to put some more River Rock in its place. And all the rotted out wood needs to be hauled off as well. Please provide a bid for the job and experience.
