Integrity First Maintenance is looking to add 3-5 general maintenance contractors to the team. The properties are located all over Greater Houston so the location of work will depend on your home base. The majority of the homes we work on are occupied. We are doing general home maintenance NOT turns or rehabs. Quality and reliability are the keys to success with us. Must have: -Own truck -Own tools -Valid drivers license -Proof of auto insurance -Pass background check Looking for someone who can do at least 2 of the following: -Light plumbing -Light electrical -Drywall/texture/painting -Roof repairs -Fence repairs -General handyman/maintenance work The Pay: -Labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work. -Pay is by direct deposit on a NET30 or NET7 basis Text Charlie (972) 833-1292 your name, zip code and trades to set up an interview.
