HART (Homeless Animal Rescue Team) is looking for volunteers in Valencia County. We need people that would like to learn to do TNR (trap, neuter, return) feral cats. We need drivers to drive cats to Animal Humane in Albuq. for surgeries on Mondays and Thursdays ( a SUV or van is best). We need fosters for cats, kittens.
