Maintenance Tech/ Porter Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Grounds upkeep, pick up trash and debris, minor landscaping • Maintain common areas as needed • Assist the Maintenance Manager with the overall maintenance of the apartment community. • Essential duties include but are not limited to basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting • Complete Occupied Maintenance Work Orders • Make ready units for new move‐ins • Occasionally lift 50 Lbs, climb ladders, stairs. Reaching, long periods of standing, and working in all elements required. Mon-Friday 9-5 No weekends! Competitive PTO and benefit package! Must have reliable transportation and own basic hand tools. Most hours would be assigned to our Cleveland Hts locations, but also must be occasionally able to float to downtown Cleveland and Fairlawn.
