Description
We are looking for a landscape technician to join our team at Wildwoods of Lake Johnson. We are an Apartment Community that is nestled among 25 acres of hardwoods and back up to beautiful Lake Johnson. The job will consist of daily trash pickup (not valet), blowing breezeways, sidewalks and parking lots, installation of new Shrubberies as we re-design the landscaping around the buildings after the new siding is completed, maintaining our existing landscape of beautiful flower beds, natural areas, shrubberies, ornate trees, etc., tilling and planting annual flower beds twice a year and assisting with projects on property. No mowing! Experience preferred but will train the right person.
Compensation will depend upon experience.
Must have the following:
1.Valid NC Drivers License
2. Own automobile
3. Cell phone
4. Clear Criminal Back ground
5. Be drug free - Pass a drug test
6. Legally able to work in the USA
7. Speak and write English
8. Able to work 7:00 to 3:00, M-F in all types of weather.
