Class is June 19 at 1pm.
In this class, we’ll go over how our bodies want to handle stress vs how we often try to handle it. We’ll get into what works, what doesn’t, and how to build habits that will make us less stressed, more chill, and way healthier. The class will include time at the end for a Q+A so that y’all have a clear picture of how to integrate this knowledge into your lives going forward.
