Maintenance Technician full time- available to start immediately for this apartment complex in Columbus. Do you like to be busy all day? Do you like to be appreciated? If so, this is the job for you! Candidate must have at least 3 years or more of maintenance technician experience. Successful candidate must be experienced and knowledgeable in the following, but not limited to : plumbing, electric, drywall, painting, and flooring,. (HVAC a plus but not required). Must have: reliable vehicle, your own tools, good work ethic, be a team player. No traveling to other properties Weekly payroll, paid time off and 6 major holidays paid after probation. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Option to live on property for FREE rent if you want.
