We are looking for an Electrician to join our team! You will work as a 1099 self-employed sub-contractor at 40%+ commission. You will be required to commute to residential and commercial jobs in and around the Dallas area. Sub-contractors are provided leads and bids for residential and commercial jobs and are expected to have the knowledge to complete these jobs to a reasonable extent. You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers. Competitive pay based on sales and completed jobs. Job Requirements: 1 year experience in Electrical work (residential and commercial) Willingness to work as a 1099 sub contractor Have and maintain a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation as well as tools/equipment necessary to fulfill job requirements 40%+ commission on all profits, paid out weekly on Fridays for jobs closed the week prior Sent jobs/leads regularly to equal 40+ hours per week Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems Troubleshoot electrical concerns as defined by customers Provide itemized bids to customers and collect final payment Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Sales experience
