Description
Integrity First Maintenance is looking to add 3-5 general maintenance contractors to the team. The properties are located all over the DFW metro so the location of work will depend on your home base. The majority of the homes we work on are occupied. We are doing general home maintenance NOT turns or rehabs. Quality and reliability are the keys to success with us.
Requirements:
-Own truck
-Own tools
-Valid drivers license
-Proof of auto insurance
-Pass a background check
Looking for someone who can do at least 2 of the following:
-Light plumbing
-Light electrical
-Drywall/texture/painting
-Roof repairs
-Fence repairs
-General handyman/maintenance work
The Pay:
-Labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work.
-Pay is by direct deposit on a NET30 or NET7 basis
