We are looking to rehome our sweet cat. It’s not an easy choice for us and here’s why. We rescued bindi about 6 months ago from a bad home. With a little love she became part of the family. She’s always been good with our kids, and good with our dog. But she HATES our other cat. Our other cat has no claws, and she does but we didn’t see it would be an issue. Our other cat is also a rescue. She is super territorial and attacks our other cat injuring him multiple times. We’ve tried the nail covers. They fall off. So we decided to look into getting her front claws removed so we didn’t have to get rid of her. After taking her to the vet we discovered she has a heart murmur and can’t be put under anesthetic for the procedure without a big risk of her not making it through the procedure. The fighting is getting so bad between the two so this has to be done. She’s the sweetest cat and deserves a wonderful home. She needs to be the ONLY cat in the home.
